Job Summary:
Harrison Holgate is seeking a highly skilled Claims Advocate to join our Financial Lines claims team. As a Claims Advocate, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the provision of claims advocacy and service to our International Profin clients and Retail broker partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert claims advocacy in relation to large, complex, and/or contentious PI/FI/D&O claims, maintaining and leveraging market relationships as necessary to bring claims to prompt, satisfactory conclusions.
- Develop, shape, and articulate the Profin claims value proposition to clients, Retail broker partners, colleagues, and carriers, including the development and provision of management information and data to support the same.
- Lead the claims relationship with major clients, including regular meetings, delivery of claims reports, and other key activities.
- Manage the relationship between the UK Claims team, Profin, and Retail broker partners, acting as the key point of contact in sharing information and agreeing strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing complex and/or high-value Professional Indemnity, Financial Institutions, and/or D&O claims.
- A good network of insurer relationships in these classes.
- Knowledge of claims, litigation, and related issues would be beneficial.
