We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel UK wide to meet with clients and build relationships
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Respond to client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and grow existing relationships
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing industry

- Full driving license and ability to travel UK wide
