About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Area Sales Manager to join our team at Contract Personnel Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Case IH machinery and related products to our clients in the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide expert knowledge of Case IH machinery and related products to clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide equipment demonstrations to potential customers
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry and related products
  • Previous experience in sales, servicing, or parts experience
  • Strong customer service skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Able to work to KPIs and exceed targets
  • Strong upselling ability
  • Working under own initiative
  • Influential and persuasive mentality
  • Ability to close deals successfully
  • Full UK driving licence
