The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in an aircraft maintenance or similar environment, with knowledge and experience of Eddy current, Ultrasonic, Dye Penetrant Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, and UT Phased Array.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of NDT Inspectors to provide an efficient and effective service to the department\u2019s internal and external customers.
  • Monitor quality, cost, and overall performance of NDT tasks, taking appropriate action to address any non-performance.
  • Ensure that all NDT related tasks are carried out safely and to the required Health & Safety standards.
  • Liaise with NDT Level 3 responsible person.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in an aircraft maintenance or similar environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of Eddy current, Ultrasonic, Dye Penetrant Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, and UT Phased Array.
  • Multiple Non-Destructive Testing approvals.
  • Familiarity of Boeing 737, BAe 146, and Embraer aircraft NDT techniques.
