Goldhawk Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their dynamic finance team. This role will support the Finance department by managing daily financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure all financial data is up-to-date and accurately reflected in the company's financial systems.
  • Process invoices, credit notes, and payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding payments to minimize financial discrepancies.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash flow records and identify any potential issues.
  • Assist in monitoring budgets and financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Support in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial planning to drive business growth.
  • Manage finance-related correspondence and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain filing systems for financial documents to ensure easy access and compliance.
  • Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to ensure seamless financial operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in accounts or a related field is highly desirable.
  • AAT studies or a willingness to pursue further education in accounting is a plus.
