Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our newest Permit Room Bar-Cafe in Oxford. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing tables, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm smile and make them feel welcome
  • Transport guests to the Permit Rooms of Bombay with your knowledge of our drinks, bar snacks, curries, and sharing plates
  • Ensure clear communication with your team to deliver a smooth and efficient service
  • Pour drinks to perfection and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Make every coffee and cup of Chai with the same importance as the first one of the day
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • A desire to grow and develop your skills with our award-winning training programs
