Role Overview
What will your responsibilities entail?
We are on the lookout for a skilled professional to join our Paraplanning team in Bristol, dedicated to supporting our Financial Planners and ensuring a seamless experience for clients of Evelyn Partners. In this position, you will assist financial planners during client meetings, including the presentation of cash flow analyses and addressing technical inquiries.

As a Financial Planning Associate at Evelyn Partners, you will benefit from a structured training program, offering Training & Competency oversight to enhance your personal development. This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring in-office attendance one day per week.
Key Responsibilities include:
Draft suitability reports across a diverse range of advice types, financial products, and investment strategies Conduct necessary technical research Ensure client records are comprehensive and up-to-date, demonstrating the suitability of our advice Collaborate with Financial Planners to ensure a positive client experience, meeting delivery timelines and achieving favorable outcomes Attend client meetings to assist the Financial Planner with cash flow modeling as needed Manage processes and tasks while adhering to FCA guidelinesQualifications Required
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Level 4 qualification – Diploma in Financial Planning/Regulated Financial Planning Level 6/Chartered status is advantageous, as are AF3, AF7/G60 PTS qualifications Proven experience in paraplanning with a solid technical foundation and a track record of delivering written financial advice Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex issues both in writing and face-to-face Strong understanding of FCA's COBS requirements for suitability Effective stakeholder management with positive influencing abilitiesAdditional Benefits
