Job Title: Senior Individual Giving Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Individual Giving Officer to join our team at TPP Recruitment. As a key member of our charity team, you will play a pivotal role in raising essential funds to support vital research.

About the Role

The Senior Individual Giving Officer will be responsible for leading the delivery of direct marketing campaigns across digital, mail, and telephone channels. You will have the freedom to bring your creative ideas to life while ensuring every campaign meets its targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and evaluate direct marketing campaigns to optimize strategies using data insights
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to implement data-driven strategies and deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with fundraising agencies and suppliers to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Support the Individual Giving & Insight Manager in driving innovation and growth within the Individual Giving programme

Requirements

  • Experience managing direct marketing campaigns in a charity environment with a proven track record of success
  • Strong project management skills, including working to deadlines and within budget
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve future campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail
  • A teamworking mindset with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams
