Job Title: Inspection Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Inspection Team Leader to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a key provider of precision components and engineering solutions, we serve the aerospace and defence, oil and gas, nuclear, and commercial bronze sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of Quality Control Inspectors to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall performance.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory requirements.
