Account Director - PR

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our PR team and drive business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead 4-6 accounts, ensuring we meet and exceed client KPIs and deliver impactful results
  • Develop and implement digital PR and social media strategies to achieve client business goals
  • Collaborate with our Creative and Planning team to design and execute large-scale campaigns
  • Manage and develop a team of 2-3 direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Participate in new business pitches and contribute to the agency's growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing high-profile PR and social media campaigns or digital PR campaigns
  • Strong brand communications expertise and a passion for earned media
  • Critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down briefs, formulate plans, and evaluate outcomes
  • Excellent results-driven approach, with the ability to adapt and improve
  • Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team happiness and success
