The Role

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in a leadership capacity. As a key member of our design delivery team, you will be responsible for leading design programmes, ensuring effective communication among project teams, and planning schedules and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design delivery programmes, ensuring project teams are aligned and schedules are planned effectively
  • Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians in the development of design and project information
  • Develop and implement sustainable drainage systems, working closely with authorities and stakeholders
  • Utilize Civil 3D for drainage network design and management

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in civil design, with a focus on sustainable drainage systems and authority liaison
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members
  • Chartered or working towards chartership with a recognized professional institution
  • Strong working knowledge of Civil 3D and drainage network design
