About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Cavendish Professionals. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of safety and responsibility among team members.
  • Oversee the site programme, including monitoring labour, plant, and materials requirements, and ensuring that all necessary records are up to date.
  • Manage the quality of works and ensure that all projects meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Site Supervisor, or Operations Manager in a similar industry.
  • Hold relevant certifications, such as CSCS and SMSTS.
  • Relevant experience in water, civils, piling, and dredging.
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
