Job Description

**Job Title:** CAD Technician - Hybrid - Salary £50K (DOE)

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and driven MEP Revit BIM/CAD Technician to join our dynamic team at Senitor Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, developing, and submitting electronic concept designs, construction, and installation drawings using industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting and translating electrical and mechanical concept designs into actionable drawings for our in-house CAPS team.
  • Collaborating closely with Engineers to produce detailed installation and construction drawings for Project Site Teams.
  • Creating 3D layout drawings and using CFD modelling software.
  • Producing tender packs, issuing sub-contractor requests, and compiling O&M Manuals.
  • Securing third-party contractor quotations for equipment and service.
  • Conducting on-site surveys to aid in the preparation of site drawing.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a MEP Revit BIM/CAD Technician.
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • A very competitive base salary at the £50K mark (DOE).
  • A Hybrid working arrangement, working three days from home.
  • Standard working hours are 9-5, but we can be flexible with this.
