Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Labourer to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As an Engineering Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general labouring duties, including manual handling and equipment operation.
  • Operate various handheld and power tools, ensuring safe and efficient use.
  • Grind and blend welds to a high finish, adhering to quality standards.
  • Prepare, prime, and sand surfaces to ensure a smooth finish.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Experience with grinding and fettling techniques is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Benefits:
