We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join our team. As an Occupational Health Physician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients and service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Complex Case Management: You will be responsible for managing complex cases, providing expert clinical advice, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care.
- Health Surveillance: You will conduct health surveillance assessments, providing recommendations for improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Fitness for Role/Task Assessment: You will assess the fitness of individuals for specific roles or tasks, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Clinical Support: You will provide clinical support to our Occupational Health Nurses, Advisors, and Technicians, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide the best possible service.
- Collaboration: You will work collaboratively with our Medical and Operational Directors, Clinical Governance Manager, and other Occupational Health Physicians to ensure that our service is of the highest standard.
- Audits and Quality Improvement: You will participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our service.
- GMC Registration: You must be fully registered with the General Medical Council and have a licence to practice in the UK.
- Experience: You will have previous experience as an Occupational Health Physician, with a strong understanding of the Oil and Gas industry.
- Qualifications: You will hold a DOccMed/AFOM/MFOM qualification and have completed Medical Review Officer training and HAVS Tier 4 training.
- Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Annual Leave: You will receive 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
