As a key member of the Pulse Healthcare team, the Obstetric and Gynaecology Ultrasound Specialist will be instrumental in delivering exceptional ultrasound services to expectant mothers. Your proficiency in performing obstetric and gynaecology imaging will greatly enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound examinations for obstetric and gynaecology patients.
  • Produce precise and timely diagnostic reports, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with fellow professionals to streamline patient pathways and referrals.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior ultrasound practitioners.
  • Participate in departmental research initiatives and quality enhancement projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possess a relevant qualification in Medical Ultrasound (e.g., postgraduate diploma).
  • Experience in conducting 12 and/or 20-week scans.
  • Proven expertise in obstetric and gynaecology ultrasound.
  • Certification from recognized professional organizations (e.g., FMF, Society of Radiographers).
