**Role Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to support our students with Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs). As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to provide additional support to students who require extra help with explaining tasks and breaking down problems.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide individualized support to students with EHCPs
* Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
* Develop and implement strategies to support students with special educational needs
* Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment
