About the Opportunity

This is a unique chance to join a leading mobile network operator as they shape the future of Radio networks.

Working closely with the Head of Mobile Network Architecture, your role will be to develop and implement the radio capability roadmap to meet business objectives.

You will be a key contributor to the creation of the 3- and 5-year RAN strategy plans, driving innovation and growth in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the key requirements for Radio RFI/RFPs
  • Evaluate vendor responses in detail, identifying gaps and strengths
  • Challenge and propose amendments to Radio's current plans and thinking
  • Work closely with vendors, reviewing technical specifications and documents
  • Provide expert support for internal stakeholders, communicating complex technical ideas effectively
Your Background

This role requires a strong blend of technical and commercial skills.

  • You will have subject matter expert-level experience in RAN technologies and the vendor ecosystem
  • You will have held a senior role that involves strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to audiences of varying technical backgrounds
  • Strong understanding of Radio architecture for 4G/5G ORAN and traditional RAN networks is essential
