We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Skilled Tradesperson to join our team at Build Recruitment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance duties within the social housing sector.
Key Responsibilities- Perform maintenance duties, including plumbing repairs and replacements, carpentry, tiling, painting, and patch plastering repairs.
- Manage your own daily assigned jobs, working independently from your home.
- Represent your employer professionally and maintain effective communication skills.
- Work in a building and/or housing maintenance environment, with a knowledge of a varied housing stock.
- Basic Multi-skills qualification.
- Experience in residential properties.
- Good social skills and customer service skills.
- DBS check (provided by us).
- Driver's License.
- Qualifications.
