About the Role: As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Operating Partners, including diary management, scheduling, expenses, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Manage the diaries of our Operating Partners, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Travel Scheduling: Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel for our Operating Partners, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Expenses and Project Coordination: Manage expenses, invoices, and project-related tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Event Support: Provide logistical support for events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a professional services environment, preferably in Private Equity or Investment Banking.
  • Administrative Skills: Excellent administrative skills, including diary management, travel coordination, and expense management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £55-65k per annum, depending on experience.
  • End of Contract Bonus: 10-30% of annual salary, depending on performance.
  • Flexible Working Hours: 9:30am-5:30pm, with 1 day of flexible working per week.
  • Pension and Benefits: Comprehensive pension scheme, dental, optical, and medical cover.
