About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at Craven Home Care. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and domestic support.
  • Support clients to engage in community activities, such as appointments, social events, and supported holidays.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and support the implementation of these plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work every other weekend and some evenings, with flexibility to accommodate client needs.
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is not necessary, as full training will be provided.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to clients.
