About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Technology Officer to join our team at Top of Minds. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our technology strategy and vision, ensuring that our tech proposition is competitive in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our technology roadmap, leading technical design and implementation discussions.
  • Ensure that our data proposition is a trusted element of our internal offering, developing it internally to meet our business needs.
  • Instrument, test, and personalize our technology infrastructure and suite of products, collaborating closely with technology, engineering, and product teams.
  • Identify priorities, manage communication up to the senior leadership team, and cascade down to your teams.
  • In conjunction with the People team, develop career paths for your team and build succession planning.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading technology teams in scale-up environments, seeing growth from 20 to 80+ head level.
  • Strong engineering background, with experience in Android, backend microservices, and Go communications with GRPC.
  • Minimum BA/BS in Computer Science or closely related degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with large volumes of contractors on an international basis.
  • High degrees of emotional intelligence, with clear examples of where you have applied it.
  • Experience with white label products, developing cyber security processes, and encouraging the use of AI.
  • Ability to lead due diligence processes and communicate effectively with investors and board members.

Hiring Process

The hiring process will consist of several stages, including interviews with our leadership team and onsite assessment activities with technology and product stakeholders.
