About the Role
We are seeking a talented Audit Assistant Manager to join our Audit team in our Birmingham office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, performing, and completing audits for each assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Regular discussions with clients to confirm progress, identify solutions, and ensure reasonable expectations.
- Identify opportunities for Evelyn Partners and highlight them to the team.
- Assist and perform training of junior staff.
- Complete assessment forms for audit team members.
- Perform work in accordance with audit and assignment procedures.
- Prepare draft accounts and reports for review by the manager.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Demonstrable UK audit and accounts experience within a professional services firm.
- Strong communication skills, both internally and with clients.
- Demonstrable experience in supervising others and delegating work.
- Ability to organize self and others, working on multiple assignments simultaneously.
