Job Title: Civil Engineer Manager

Strata Construction Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer Manager to join our team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and managing complex technical designs, as well as project managing various schemes across a diverse range of clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Civil Engineer with a strong background in design and project management. You will work closely with our clients, developers, architects, and local authorities to deliver high-quality designs and projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our designs meet the highest standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage complex technical designs for various schemes
  • Project manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with clients, developers, architects, and local authorities to deliver projects
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems and company policies
  • Contribute to the development of marketing initiatives and promote the company brand
Requirements
  • Degree or HND in Civil Engineering
  • Proven experience in civil engineering design and project management
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Site 3D or equivalent 3D software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
