Lead Our Events Team to Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager to lead our Events team at Coworth Park Hotel. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring seamless event execution, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach the Events team to provide outstanding service to guests
  • Coordinate and plan events, including conferences, weddings, and social events
  • Develop and implement event concepts, menus, and logistics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event success
  • Conduct staff training and performance reviews
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or events management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with good IT skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
