Project Manager

Actemium, part of Vinci Energies, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Rail Sector team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the rail sector.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the rail or electrical services sector.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Knowledge of industry standards, including Network Rail standards.
