The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team of chartered professionals. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with our clients to ensure successful project delivery. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects across various sectors, which will enable you to develop your skills and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of quantity surveyors, engineers, and other project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quantity surveying role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work towards APC and become chartered.
