About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our team in Markets and Banking Systems. As a key member of our Change Delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality testing services across a range of high-profile projects and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing change requirements documentation to identify scope and produce estimates
  • Implementing and leading high-quality and rigorous testing for Markets and Banking systems
  • Supporting the Test Leads in producing key test documentation and ensuring its implementation
  • Reviewing and analyzing testing documentation to provide input to the overall test plan
  • Engaging with business stakeholders to scope out change and ensure its successful implementation
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in user acceptance testing and the Software Testing Lifecycle
  • Ability to identify system and project contentions and mitigate them
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
