About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join eXPD8 as a Retail Merchandising Specialist, working primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in merchandising and visual display
- Compliance with merchandising standards and guidelines
- Product placement and replenishment
- Promotional and point of sale setup
- Strong communication and relationship building
Requirements:
- Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Pride in delivering high standards and service
- Comfortable with manual handling and occasional home deliveries
- Confident using a company tablet for tasks and communication
- Full UK driving license and access to a car (desirable)
