HR Advisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing strategic HR support to our clients, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advisory services to operational managers, including guidance on employee relations, absence management, and recruitment.
  • Lead on the management of casework related to absence, including long-term sickness, and provide advice and support to managers.
  • Manage the recruitment process for factory-based staff and coordinate non-factory-based recruitment.
  • Ensure all employees are trained appropriately for their roles and succession plans are in place for key positions.
  • Develop and implement effective induction processes to ensure new employees are properly onboarded.
  • Support the Group HR Director on salary review processes and provide market information on specific roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree-level qualification, preferably CIPD level 5 or above.
  • At least 3 years of generalist HR experience in a manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of employment law.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
