Introduction to the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our esteemed Audi dealership.

The working hours are structured from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, with a designated day off during the week and a Sunday shift from 10 AM to 4 PM on a rotating schedule. Our benefits package includes access to a company vehicle and an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of £60,000, comprising a base salary starting at £20,000, which can increase to £23,000 upon accreditation.

As a Sales Consultant at Listers, your primary goal will be to ensure that each customer feels valued by identifying how our vehicles align with their lifestyle. The focus is on pairing the right individual with the perfect vehicle, ensuring they receive all the necessary features and enhancements. From financing options to contractual agreements, your aim will be to achieve complete customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing trust and effective communication to surpass customer expectations through thorough qualification and creating a positive initial impression.
  • Optimizing sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-up communications, inbound inquiries, walk-in customers, and online leads.
  • Enhancing profitability by meeting monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to unit sales, profit margins per unit, finance uptake, and additional product offerings.
  • Complying with the Company's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and data protection standards by accurately gathering all customer and vehicle information, thereby improving the quality and richness of the customer database.
