Compensation: Up to £42,000 pa
We are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Social Media Advertising Lead to become a vital part of our innovative team at Tribal Tech, specializing in Digital, Data & AI solutions. The successful candidate will possess at least 18 months of experience in orchestrating paid social media initiatives across a variety of platforms. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing paid social strategies that yield significant outcomes for our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and refine paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Perform comprehensive audience analysis and segmentation to enhance targeting precision and relevance.
- Develop persuasive ad copy and creative materials that engage target demographics.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, assess key performance indicators, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations for enhancement.
- Work collaboratively with the creative team to produce captivating visual content that aligns with campaign goals.
- Remain informed about industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in social media advertising.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and discussing strategic insights.
Requirements:
- At least 18 months of experience in managing paid social media campaigns, ideally within an agency context.
- Expertise in advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail and design principles.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive approach with a readiness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience with additional digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, or display advertising.
- Certifications in relevant platforms such as Facebook Blueprint or Google Ads.
- Familiarity with third-party social media management and analytics tools.
