Job Description

Job Title: A&E Registrar ST4 Position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £77.22 per hour

Expected Hours: 30 – 50 per week

Schedule:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift

Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist respiratory input for acute respiratory admissions to ensure the highest quality care and optimum effectiveness.
  • Provide care to general medical patients and participate in the general medical on call.
  • Support the development of sub-specialist services according to expertise.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in NHS Emergency Medicine.
  • Ability to be the clinician in charge of the department at night and to offer support and leadership to more junior members of the team.
  • Confidence in Managing the resuscitation room cases including leading the trauma and cardiac arrest teams.

Qualifications:

  • ALS
  • APLS
  • ATLS
  • MRCEM

About the Role:

  • Speciality: ST4
  • Location: Worcestershire
  • Days per week: Nights only Monday to Sunday
  • Shift pattern: 22:00 – 8.30
