Bench Carpenter

Job Summary:

Career Makers Recruitment is currently recruiting a skilled Carpenter to join our client's team in the manufacturing industry. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for assembling, painting, and fabricating various structures using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling bespoke furniture and other wooden products
• Using hand tools and power tools proficiently to complete tasks efficiently
• Applying woodworking techniques to create strong and durable connections between materials
• Fabricating components according to specifications
• Working with solid woods, veneers, MDF, and laminates

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques
• Strong carpentry skills with attention to detail
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Attention to detail
• Team working
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Working Conditions:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation:

£15 per hour
