We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Supervisor to join our team at Job&Talent. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Prepare and cook food items to meet recipe and portion size requirements.
• Assist colleagues in food preparation and presentation to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Plan and prepare for special events and fundraising activities, including menu development and food costing.
• Conduct food costing and wastage control, ensuring accurate records and minimizing waste.
• Count and manage stock levels, reporting to the chef manager as required.
• Develop and implement menu suggestions based on customer feedback, ingredient prices, and sales data.
• Assist the chef manager in completing budget KPIs and cash checks for the catering department.
• Ensure food is displayed attractively and serving staff are aware of portion sizes and ingredients.
• Train and develop new and existing employees, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
• Support the catering team, manager, and company, being flexible with duties and responsibilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze data to monitor progress and performance.
• Personally credible and well-respected within the team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Well-organized and a great planner, with experience in a catering or canteen environment.
• Ability to drive internal succession and self-confidence in others to achieve continual improvement in productivity.
