CNC Machinist

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Cubed Resourcing. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, working with precision components and delivering high-quality assemblies to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Machine precision components to specification, ensuring a 'right first time' approach to exceed customer expectations.
- Work from drawings and instructions to machine first off's, setting and operating a range of machines with Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain controls.
- Quality check parts using Mitutoyo CMM, contributing to lean manufacturing and delivering operational efficiencies within our cell.
- Report any non-conformance and support the quality department when investigating the root cause.
- Work on batches of plus, machining Aluminium, Inconel, Titanium, and Steel to tight tolerances (Microns).
- Ideal candidate holds an Engineering Qualification or has significant experience in CNC Machining.
- Ability to work from Engineering drawings and passionate about working to 'right first time' standards.
- Experience of CNC milling and ability to work in a positive/collaborative culture where continuous improvement is paramount.
- Up to £48,672 per annum, depending on experience (inclusive of shift allowance).
- 4 x 12 hour shifts, Monday – Thursday Nights.
- Flexitime, so long as you are working during core hours (19:00 – 03:00), you can start early / finish early OR start late/finish late.
- 32 days holiday, inclusive of public holidays, pro rata.
