Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the workshop budget, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
- Develop and implement effective processes to optimize parts department efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong budgeting and cost control skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
