About the Role:

Fine & Country is seeking an experienced and skilled Luxury Real Estate Agent to join our team in Prime Central London. As a Luxury Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing and selling high-end properties in the upper quartile of the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement bespoke marketing strategies for each client to achieve the highest possible price for their property.
  • Work closely with clients from initial enquiry to handover of the keys, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Utilize the Fine & Country network for local, national, and international exposure to maximize property visibility.
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales, post-sales, and admin support teams to ensure seamless sales progression and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in selling high-end properties in Prime Central London.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to deal with U/HNW individuals.
  • Professionally presented and able to offer a bespoke service and marketing strategy.
