About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Screwfix. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host and lead by example, setting high standards for customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage store standards, including cash reconciliations, customer queries, audit compliance, and stock management.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or duty manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to translate that into sales.
  • Inquisitive and ever-improving, with a passion for our business.
  • Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and willing to work hard.
