About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join our team at Hays Travel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of travel consultants and driving sales growth in our Elgin branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and motivate a team of travel consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve branch performance.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and are satisfied with their travel arrangements.
    • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Branch Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff management, inventory control, and cash handling.
    • Ensure that the branch is maintained to a high standard and that all health and safety procedures are followed.
  • Training and Development

    • Ability to provide expert advice to customers on travel arrangements.
