Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of Project Managers, fostering a culture of best practices and providing guidance across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate closely with C-suite stakeholders and technical teams to guide project delivery for Tier 1 clients, ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies, leveraging expertise in CMS web builds (Umbraco, Sitecore, or Optimizely preferred).
  • Apply strong leadership and team management skills to manage cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Utilize Agile, SCRUM, or Prince 2 methodologies to drive project success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, delivering high-quality, on-time digital projects.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, suggesting creative solutions to ensure project success.
  • Manage large budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, with expertise in CMS web builds (Umbraco, Sitecore, or Optimizely preferred).

  • Experience working with Agile, SCRUM, or Prince 2 methodologies.
  • Confidence in collaborating with senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality, on-time digital projects.
  • A proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate issues and suggest creative solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Experience with resource management and managing large budgets.
