Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Catering Engineer to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our technical recruitment agency, you will be responsible for providing expert service, maintenance, and breakdown of commercial catering equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide service, maintenance, and breakdown of catering equipment, including fryers, ovens, microwaves, and steamers.
  • Attend sites across South East London and the northern regions of Kent, including restaurants, hotels, schools, and bars.
  • Carry out maintenance, repairs, and fault finding of catering equipment, including cook line equipment and ware washing.

Requirements

  • Comcat 1, 3, and 5 qualifications are essential.
  • Live within South/South East London or the northern region of Kent, such as Dartford.
  • Must have commercial catering equipment industry experience.
  • Experience in electrical and gas catering equipment repair & maintenance.
  • Experience with Rational and dishwashers would be an advantage.
  • Full UK driving licence.
