* Organize entries, examination sessions, and communications with examination boards
* Plan and distribute an annual calendar of external and internal examinations
* Recruit, train, and manage invigilators
* Provide facilities for external students
* Collaborate with Student Support Services to organize support for candidates with special needs
* Collect syllabus requirements, entries, coursework marks, and estimated grades from staff
* Set up examination rooms and equipment
* Collect and secure scripts until sent to examination boards
* Maintain accurate accounts of fees paid by students
* Provide entries lists to relevant staff

Requirements:

* English and Mathematics GCSE or equivalent
