About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our infrastructure projects, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our clients while maintaining a strong focus on cost management and control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial aspects of infrastructure projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide expert advice on commercial matters, including contract negotiation, dispute resolution, and risk management.
  • Lead and manage a team of quantity surveyors and commercial managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in our services.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who possesses excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You will have a strong background in quantity surveying, commercial management, and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced environment.

You will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives. You will also be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
