Tropicana Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the growth and transformation of Tropicana, a leading chilled juice brand in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand growth strategy that drives business results and enhances the brand's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a 3-year brand growth strategy that leverages strong insight skills and in-depth consumer and market understanding.
  • Lead the renovation and innovation strategy and pipeline for Tropicana across packaging and product, and execute innovation in chilled juice.
  • Partner with the UK&I Marketing Director to develop outstanding through-the-line communications plans that transform brand salience and differentiation.
  • Own the performance of Tropicana in the UK, working closely with insights and category teams to stay ahead of performance drivers and recommend interventions.
  • Drive consumer obsession and develop successful brand growth strategies that drive brand turnarounds and category out-performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in developing successful brand growth strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong insight skills and in-depth consumer and market understanding.
  • Ability to work across teams and lead innovation and renovation strategies.
  • Highly developed digital and social knowledge and experience in delivering memorable brand experiences.
  • Restlessness around winning in the market and delivering top-tier performance.
