About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KS2 Teacher to join our team at GSL Education. As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students in Year 4, promoting academic excellence and fostering a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Education or related field
• Teaching Certification (QTS/PGCE)
• In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education
• Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans
