Key Responsibilities

The Multi Trade Operative will be tasked with a variety of maintenance duties, including:

  1. Conducting responsive repairs and void works.
  2. Performing property assessments and maintenance checks.
  3. Maintaining accurate logs for standby, materials, and vehicle reports.
  4. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  5. Carrying out risk assessments and reporting any unsafe practices.
  6. Delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal supervision.
  7. Supervising apprentices when assigned and ensuring the quality of their work.
Work Environment

  • Utilize tools and equipment responsibly, ensuring they are well-maintained.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards before leaving the site.
