Laboratory Research Associate

Compensation:
Competitive salary of up to £25,000, commensurate with experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to innovate and enhance product offerings, from initial concept through to development and scaling.
- Conduct fabrication of specimens and perform physical, chemical, non-destructive, and mechanical evaluations of resin and composite materials.
- Accurately document experimental findings.
- Engage actively in product development research and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
- Continuously update and refine technical and practical knowledge of relevant methodologies.
- Applicants should possess a degree in a technical discipline such as Chemistry or Materials Science.
- Prior laboratory experience, particularly in materials science, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated proactive work ethic is essential.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and best practices is required.
- Ability to record experimental data with precision and clarity.
- A strong team player who is willing to contribute effectively to collaborative projects.
