Leaders In Care Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager - Ophthalmology to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare recruitment agency, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our ophthalmic service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of the ophthalmic service, ensuring seamless patient pathways across outpatient services, diagnostics, surgery, and follow-ups.
- Lead and manage a team of nursing and AHP staff to maintain high standards of care.
- Support and act as a resource for staff at all levels, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Business Development to drive strategic direction and growth.
