About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Administrator to join our team at Furniture Village. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Assist with financial functions, including cash handling and reconciliations
